Upcoming Stuff

    Youth Committee will meet on Sunday, June 1, immediately after the morning worship service.  We will head out, find some food, and work on some stuff for the summer.  See you then.

Vacation Bible School is going to take a tropical turn as this year's theme has a Hawaiian flavor.  Join us beginning June 16.  We will meet each morning beginning at 9:00 a.m. and finish up around 12:30 after lunch.  June 16-20, 2008 - VBS @ JABC 

We still have space for World Changers. Our location for 2008 will be St. Louis, MO.  The dates are July 12-19, 2008. Looking forward to having a great time.  Your cost will be $160. The $50 deposit is due February 1, 2008. See me for more details.

Youth Committee - Our Youth are active in planning the Youth Ministry here at JABC.  The Youth Committee meets the first Sunday of each month for lunch immediately following the morning service.  Please feel free to join us.

Graduation Stuff - We have two graduates this year, Patrick Nelson and Jamie Johnson.  Patrick graduates on Saturday, May 24 from Newton County High School and Jamie graduates Saturday, May 31 from North Clayton High School.  Way to go, guys!!

The Ski & Burger Bash is on our books for the last weekend in July.  That would be July 26 & 27 (that's a Saturday and Sunday.  We'll actually begin on Friday evening, July 25 and head up to the lake so we can be there on Saturday morning.  Look for additional details soon.
